- 60-CAN CONTINUOUS CAPACITY: Load up to 60 standard 211-body cans or additional sleek body cans for 4 minutes of accumulation at maximum speed. Two space-saving conveyors for depalletizing and rinsing can be independently controlled for precise speed matching with your Gosling canning system.
- RESPONSIVE IONIZED AIR RINSING: Rinse cans with ionized air and clear particulates while preventing dissolved oxygen pickup inherent in water rinsing. Sensors activate an intermittent air pulse only when a can is present, reducing your air utility consumption. The unique tilting conveyor design allows debris to blow out without resettling in the can.
- DATE-CODER COMPATIBLE: Add your date code inkjet printer between the ionized air rinser and infeed. Mounting brackets are included.
- EASY CAN CHANGEOVER: Switch between can sizes in minutes, with simple rail adjustments and no change parts needed.
